Performance Protein is an excellent choice when a whole food meal is not practical, such as before or after a workout, during travel, or while working. For most individuals, one serving (30g) is sufficient, but for larger individuals, two servings may be required to meet daily protein needs. We recommend aiming for 1g of protein per pound of body weight for optimal recovery, fat loss, and muscle development.
For example, a person weighing 140 lbs should consume approximately 140g of protein throughout the day. This could be achieved with four meals of 30g protein and one meal of 20g protein, which will support muscle protein synthesis. Research has shown that consuming less than 20g of protein in a single meal may not maximize muscle protein synthesis, so we recommend a minimum of 20g of protein per meal.
Serving Instructions:
