Recommended Use:

• On Workout Days:

  • 1st serving: 30 minutes before your workout

  • 2nd serving: Immediately after your workout

• On Non-Workout Days:

Directions: Dissolve 10g (2 scoops) in 300ml of water using a shaker or blender.
